Our cousins and grandparents came JUST in TIME for chicken butchering. It was quite the experience for the "inexperienced". :)

you should try skinning the chickens instead of plucking them, my family and I (i am a homeschool graduate and now Bible college senior) processed around 190 cornish cross rocks that way and as a baptist preacher i can give the chicken that was fried four Preacher stars!!!
